RV project: trading the sofa for cabinets and a counter.
The 2021 motorhome we bought in 2020 was designed to sleep 6-8 people. Of course, that’s assuming some of them are kids and assuming some of them don’t expect to actually sleep. We ordered the overhead queen bunk and found it to be a giant waste of money. The mattress is thin and terribly uncomfortable….
FREEzer?
Inspired by some neighbors who own a dry cleaning appliance (what? who knew those existed?), we ordered a small-ish freezer. I (L) do some freezer cooking, especially as we prep for RV trips, and a decent amount of frozen food preservation (onions, celery, herbs, ginger, broth, beans, etc.) and we are constantly having to “Tetris”…
